A friend of mine is a former Australian bodybuilding champion. He used to refer to stacking the supplements he used, meaning that he would combine different supplements that would work together to boost the effectiveness of each (all legal btw).
What do you do during your morning tea/lunch/afternoon tea breaks? Does it help the guts of your day?
Instead of tuning out during your breaks, you could change stations. Maybe in your lunch break you could take singing or dancing lessons, maybe some yoga in your morning or afternoon tea break.
Try stacking your day. How you use your breaks may determine the quality of your day.
