I previously made a reference to stacking here.
I have been taking singing lessons through the weeks to stack my days, to add a variation to my regular routine to see if it would accentuate other elements of my day.
I would like to make it clear that I have no history of musical talent, no ambition to become a great musician and conclude every singing lesson with, “sorry ’bout that Kylie”.
I was three words into a new song when Kylie stopped me.
“Your preparation for that first note was awful. You have already lost your audience”.
You might be able to wing it and survive, but preparation will be the difference between being a song, or just foreground noise.
